Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy only for products that are:

  • Missing parts/accessories

Return Conditions

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for wrong or damaged product claims.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible.

Return Process

  1. Share order details and issue photos/video on WhatsApp.
  2. Our team will verify the claim within 24–48 hours.
  3. After approval, return pickup or shipping instructions will be provided.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5Β business days to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
